Up North

Just back from a few days on the North Shore of Lake Superior, renting one of these houses at Bluefin Bay.

Cross-country skiing. 

Sophie and Sébastien were in the warming hut by the time this photo was taken.

 

Very cold on Monday, the day we decided to go downhill skiing at Lutsen Mountain.  (-31C = -24F).  Fun nevertheless, and it got a bit "warmer" in the afternoon...

This is the Kohler Design Center in Kohler, Wisconsin.  A temple to toilets.
